When you think of Italy, you think of quality, history, and of course PIZZA! So Vuduu Pizza decided; why keep that great taste 7000 miles away? We imported an Italian pizza oven, had Italy’s best tomatoes shipped here fresh (The famous San Marzano Tomatoes) and found the best quality ingredients possible and decided why can’t we make the same pizzas in St. George!

Well the rest is our history, as Vuduu pizza is now offering St. George, Utah fresh Italian pizza straight from our imported coal fired oven. Our fresh tomatoes are the famous San Marzano tomatoes, they come from the base of Mt Vesuvius located in Italy. They grow in rich volcanic soil giving them the low acidity and sweet flavor. The cheese we use is always fresh mozzarella. We like to keep it a secret, but it is the highest quality you can buy. studied and tested many types to find the one that fits the combination.

The best part of the whole store. Is our pizza dough, that turns into the perfect crunchy and chewy crust. We use the famous Caputo 00. The process is one that is not typical. We follow the average guidelines of bulk fermentation, with a different and unique way of rolling. Then the last fermentation for at least 36 hours.

One of St George’s local pizza restaurant is called Vuduu Pizza. Located right in the middle of town. Vuduu Pizza has been open for about a year now, becoming one of St Georges new favorite. The owner grew up in St. George and worked at a local pizza store called 2 Fat Guys that has now closed down. There he learned the majority of everything from the owner, and that is what inspired him to start his own. To this day, 2 Fat Guys owner is still the best person to go to for advice on pizzas.
